  Love this place. The amount of food is always astonishing for the price and the quality is great. I really dig the sauce. I've tried many teriyaki joints and lots offer similar quantity vs price but the sauce wins for me. I have also tried most of their Chinese and noodle dishes and have not been disappointed. Haven't tried any of soup options so can't speak for those but imagine they are along the same line. Recommend to all!

  Update again! Once again great! Yay! Still busy so definitely call your order in ahead if you can but the food quality has GREATLY improved! Update about 6 month later: Definitely better then before, went during a non busy time and got my food fairly quickly. Still skimpy on the sauce but a nice large portion of chicken. Spring for the extra sauce and go during a non rush time and it's not bad. I see I'm not the only one. Used to be great, some of the best Teriyaki around. Now you can even call it Teriyaki... Undercooked chicken and dry white rice is about all you get these days, I swear they only put 2 teaspoons of sauce on the whole meal. Disappointing. Update: it's been a few months so I'd thought I'd give them another try. Called my order in 15 minutes before I went to pick it up, waited in line another 15 once I got there and they said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes once I got to the register... Do yourself a favor and go to Ayothaya next door. Much better food and much faster and friendlier service.

  Unprofessional rude worst customer service ever. I was here to pick up an order, there was a long line people waiting to order. Since i was only there for pick up and and i can see the food was on a table i politely walked to her ( rude server) and told her i am here for pick up. She didn't care to listen to me, She shouted you need to join the line. I felt Humiliated and quietly walked away from her. I have been to so many teriyaki places for pick ups, and i have had extremely amazing customer services but this Apple Teriyaki restaurant at this location is a worst places ever and never wise to go back again. This place deserves zero rating. She needs to have a training on customer service since she is working for customers.

  Was a little disappointed. I realize they were slammed because of snow. No teriyaki chicken, so we got pork. When we got home, no veggies or salad, just rice with pork in very strong sauce. No cookies 😥 no napkins, sauce or utensils. If your out, we understand but at least tell the customer up front. Now my husband told me what it cost, uh no don't waste your money.

  I used to love coming hereall the time but now they have a new lady working here that is very rude to the customers. So I don't like going there Monday threw Friday when she is there. I used to go at least 2 times a week now it's very very rarely because of that woman. The older woman that works on Saturday is very nice tho so I recommend going there on Saturday and avoiding the other woman. Food is still delicious as always
